Kevin brings a grounded, real-world perspective to senior care rooted in a career in finance and mortgage underwriting. His background in financial analysis and operations gave him the tools to build and run Encompass the right way — with sound structure, clear accountability, and an uncompromising standard of care. After seeing firsthand how difficult it was to find truly dignified memory care for aging loved ones, Kevin partnered with Paige to create the home they wished had existed. As co-owner, he oversees business operations, admissions, and family communications, working closely with Encompass's on-site manager and care team to ensure every family has a seamless, supported experience.

Paige holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and brings deep clinical experience across Level 1 trauma emergency care and senior medicine. That background — high-stakes, fast-moving, and deeply human — shaped her belief that vulnerable people deserve better than what most care systems offer. As co-owner and Clinical Director of Encompass, Paige sets all clinical standards, designs care protocols, and provides ongoing oversight of the care team. While an experienced on-site manager and dedicated caregivers run the home day-to-day, Paige remains closely involved, ensuring every resident receives the thoughtful, evidence-based care she would want for her own family.
